Question 1

Why is there no estimated price?

Accepted Answer

Doormath does not yet provide automated estimates for multiplexes. You can request an appraisal from a broker, who will review income, expenses, building condition and the local market.

Question 2

Who receives my appraisal request?

Accepted Answer

Your request goes to the broker shown on this page. A broker covering the sector is offered first when available. You can review their profile and choose how they should respond before sending your request.

Question 3

What should I prepare for the broker?

Accepted Answer

If available, gather current leases and rents, operating expenses, tax bills and renovation details. The broker can confirm which documents are needed and the terms of their appraisal service.

Question 4

Where do the building details come from?

Accepted Answer

They come from the municipal assessment and information available in Doormath. A detail marked “To confirm” is unknown, rather than zero. Discuss any discrepancies with the broker.

Question 5

Is this building for sale?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Doormath provides property information and is not a listing site. A building appearing here does not mean it is for sale.
